Lincoln Children's Museum!

After four stressful days in the Lincoln hospital with Grandma, the kids were very restless and we decided to take the younger ones to the Lincoln Children's Museum to run off some energy. My mom, Pete, Aunt Kathy and I supervised Mileena, Egan, Olivia, Ivan, Adam, Matt and Nick. Mileena and Olivia are only three months apart in age and had a blast playing together. We don't get to see Olivia, Adam and Ivan often since they live almost five hours away, so it was really nice to spend time with them. The older boys, Ivan, Adam, Matt and Nick had fun exploring together.

After spending all morning at the Children's Museum, we ate some delicious lunch at The Noodle Company and then headed back to the hospital. We had a great time and it was a nice break for us andthe kids.

Ivan and Adam found these sounds tubes that echoed sound one story below to a bridge. They took turnings yelling into as someone crossed the bridge. It was hilarious to see the people jump and look around to find where the noise came from.

I painted Olivia and Mileena's hands and face. It was a Nebraska game day, so I made sure both girls sported some team spirit on their cheeks.

Olivia found a stage with all sorts of fun costumes to wear and played there for almost an hour. She discovered that she was being filmed and could watch herself on the TV above and loved it! She put on a very entertaining show for us and definitely is not shy.
